Forest bath

The scent of wood, sap, and needles supports the blissful, meditative state. 

It has been scientifically proven that calmness has a positive effect on your mind. Nature is the source of physical and mental health. Originally, forest bathing comes from Japan where it is called Shinrin Yoku (森林浴).
