Good team spirit is the basis for motivated and efficient cooperation. With targeted tasks, the team culture can be noticeably and sustainably improved. Factors for good cooperation are communication, motivation, values, common goals and mutual support. The Team & Tust training focuses on exactly these topics. Selected tasks are designed to improve communication, promote trust and strengthen team cohesion.

This is what you get

  1. Prior to Training: Briefing with organiser of the company to obtain information aboutm team members, strengths and weaknesses of the team and the needs and expectations of the training.
  2. Start Team Training: Welcome and introduction of the guides and group allocation.
  3. Training: At various stations, the groups complete activities of different
    character on the chosen topics. Various rounds of reflection take place in the groups.
  4. Round off: General feedback round as a whole group for internalisation and common agreement.

PRICE

Participants: The event will be held for a minimum of 6 people.

Costs: from CHF 1,200.-

The price includes preparation with briefing prio to training, actual training day and de-briefing.
