Forest Bathing
The scent of wood, sap, and needles supports the blissful, meditative state. Calmness has a positive effect on your mind. Together with a coach you experience the forest and nature as the source of physical and mental health. Originally, forest bathing comes from Japan where it is called Shinrin Yoku (森林浴). Experience mindfulness and relaxation during a forest bath under the guidance of a Shinrin Yoku coach. We offer forest bathing from 90 minutes, but can extend this to a full day event on request.
This is what you get
- Welcoming the group and setting the mood for the activity
- Different activitites in the forest in the community, whether as a pair exercise or alone.
- Closing circle with forest tea.
