Yoga
During this yoga session, you will relax your body and mind and strengthen your own centre. Through gentle exercises, we open the body and return to our inner self. The yoga session ends with a shavasana as a relaxation exercise. We offer yoga sessions from 90 minutes, but can also extend them to full-day workshops.
